Shopportunity is a shopping platform — not a traditional retail store. We connect shoppers with exclusive access to merchandise from our network of U.S.-based outlets and sample sales. Because of the unique nature of our business model, our shipping process and availability practices differ from those of a standard retailer. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.
When you place an order through Shopportunity — via our website or app — we work to source and confirm your item through our network of U.S.-based outlet partners. Inventory availability is not always guaranteed at the time of purchase, as we operate within a dynamic network of outlet suppliers whose stock changes rapidly.
Order Cancellations Due to Unavailability
Because Shopportunity is a platform that sources items through a network of U.S.-based outlets, there are instances where an item may no longer be available after your order has been placed. In these cases, your order will be canceled and you will receive a full refund.
You will be notified promptly via email if your order cannot be fulfilled. Refunds will be returned to your original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to process depending on your financial institution.
We understand this can be disappointing, and we apologize for any inconvenience. This is an inherent characteristic of the outlet and sample sale marketplace, and we are committed to transparency throughout the process.
Shipping Timeframes
If your item is successfully located and confirmed through our outlet network, it will be shipped within 7 business days of order confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Refunds
If you receive the wrong size, please contact our customer support team at
info@shopportunity.live within 3 business days of receiving your order. You must provide your order number, a clear description of the issue, and supporting photographs. Approved claims will be resolved with a replacement of the correct size or a refund at Shopportunity’s discretion.
