Refund & Return Policy

Overview

Shopportunity is a livestream shopping platform that connects customers with exclusive U.S. outlet and sample sale events. Purchases may be made through our livestream events, our website, or our mobile app. Because of the unique and discounted nature of the merchandise available on our platform, our refund and return policy reflects the standards of the retail channels we feature. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

All Sales Are Final


All purchases made through Shopportunity — whether via our livestream events or our website — are final sale. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for any reason other than those expressly outlined in this policy. By completing a purchase on Shopportunity, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

Outlet Sales

Items sourced from retail outlets are offered at deeply discounted prices and are sold as-is in accordance with standard outlet retail practice. No refunds or exchanges will be accepted except in the following limited circumstance:

  • The wrong size was shipped — meaning the size received differs from the size ordered. 

If you receive the wrong size, please contact our customer support team at info@shopportunity.live within 3 business days of receiving your order. You must provide your order number, a clear description of the issue, and supporting photographs. Approved claims will be resolved with a replacement of the correct size or a refund at Shopportunity’s discretion.

Sample Sales

Sample sale items represent designer and luxury merchandise that may include showroom samples, manufacturer overruns, or limited-run pieces. By their very nature, sample sale items may exhibit minor imperfections, including but not limited to: light surface marks, slight discoloration, manufacturer finishing variations, or other minor cosmetic irregularities consistent with sample or pre-retail merchandise.

These characteristics are inherent to sample sale goods and are not considered defects. Accordingly, all sample sale purchases are strictly final sale. No refunds or exchanges will be issued on the basis of minor cosmetic imperfections or for any reason other than the following:

  • The wrong size was shipped — meaning the size received differs from the size ordered. 

If you receive the wrong item, please contact info@shopportunity.live within 3 business days of receipt with your order number, a description of the discrepancy, and clear photographs. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent or issue a refund at our discretion.

Website Purchases

Items purchased directly through the Shopportunity website are subject to the same final sale policy as items purchased during livestream events. All website sales are considered final at the time of purchase.

Website purchases are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges except in the following circumstance:

  • The wrong item or wrong size was shipped — meaning the item or size received differs from what was ordered. 

If you receive an incorrect item or size from a website order, please contact us at info@shopportunity.live within 3 business days of confirmed delivery. You must include your order number, a description of the discrepancy, and clear photographs of the item received. Approved claims will be resolved with a replacement or refund at Shopportunity’s discretion.

Please note: Items described and photographed accurately on our website do not qualify for returns or refunds based on personal preference, fit, or buyer’s remorse.

How to Report an Eligible Issue

To submit a claim, contact us at info@shopportunity.live and include the following:

  • Your full name and order number
  • Purchase date and delivery date as shown on the mail carrier delivery stamp
  • A clear description of the issue (wrong size or wrong item received)
  • Photographs clearly showing the incorrect item

Claims submitted after 3 business days from confirmed delivery will not be eligible for review. Shopportunity reserves the right to assess and approve or deny claims at its sole discretion.

Non-Eligible Situations

The following situations do not qualify for a refund or exchange:

  • Change of mind or buyer’s remorse
  • Items that do not fit (size exchanges are not available)
  • Minor cosmetic imperfections on sample sale items (see above)
  • Claims submitted more than 3 business days after confirmed delivery
  • Items without original packaging or tags that have been removed or altered
  • Website purchases that were accurately described and photographed at the time of sale
